Ohio Districts

Ohio has 88 counties, which each have their own trial courts. The Ohio Court of Appeals is split into twelve districts that review the decisions of the lower courts. If further appellate review is desired it is handled by the Ohio Supreme Court.

The three largest municipalities in Ohio are Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati.

Any complaints regarding the competency or ethics of an attorney should be made with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel. To report an attorney fill out and mail an Ohio Grievance Form to 250 Civic Center Drive, Ste. 325, Columbus, Ohio 43215-7411.
